The Comfort Elite 10 Power Flush is based on the already highly successful and exclusive hydraulic technology utilized in the Comfort Elite ADA trailers. The unit lowers and rests on the ground once the trailer arrives on site eliminating the need for steps or platforms. A total of 10 unisex, private stalls can accommodate crowds up to 2,000 indefinitely. The convenient hand wash station at the rear of the trailer ensures efficient and sanitary operation. The Comfort Elite 10 Power Flush utilizes a macerating vacuum pump which uses a fraction of the amount of fresh water that standard “low water” toilets require and has the ability to “pump” waste up to 300 yards. The robust system effectively grinds and liquefies waste yielding more effective storage. The flexibility this system offers is priceless. In the face of ever increasing environmental concerns, the sanitation industry is evolving. Special event and rental companies are now moving deeper into the industry by purchasing high end sanitation units, more specifically trailers. The consumer is demanding up scaled facilities at functions and events. If the local sanitation companies do not keep up with these trends they will end up losing market share. Those that do not evolve with these trends will find themselves restricted to pumping the units they could have made money with. Cleanliness is also of major concern. Special event and rental companies can keep there unit in clean and pristine shape and many times will buy their own restroom trailers for that reason. The private sector, golf courses, marinas and an end less variety of others are also stepping up to the plate and buying their own units. The sanitation companies that do have trailers also need to make every effort possible to let all event planners & rental companies in their area know that up scaled units are available with additional profit for the taking. A simple two restroom trailer at backyard wedding in Dallas can easily yield between $1400 & $1800. A church remodeling in Miami renting two three module restroom trailers will pay $3000 to $3500 per trailer per month for a six month rental.
