A New Concept in Mobile Restrooms from Wells Cargo COG:
Pay-per-Flush.

A tremendous money-making opportunity!

The public is starting to demand more in the way of up-scaled mobile restroom facilities and they are willing to pay for it.

Pay-per-flush is a totally new concept for luxury, portable restroom facilities. Event planners, in many cases, will allow a Comfort Elite Luxury Restroom to be set up next to traditional portable toilets at no cost to the vendor.

This makes sense to the event planner since he has to pay rent for the portable plastic boxes. It also makes his event much more up-scaled and appealing to the general public at no cost to him.

The Comfort Elite vendor explains to the event planner these advantages. He also explains than he must charge per use to cover the attendant, pumping, cleaning and transportation.

The Plan

The key to more cash is presentation. Appropriate signage is a must and is included on the Comfort Elite disc that comes with the purchase of the unit. VIP Executive Restroom Passes can be pre-sold before the event at cost of $10 for unlimited use.

Upon presentation of the pass, it is collected and the holder given a stamp on the hand. Those that did not purchase a pass are simply charged $5. For crowd control partitions or barricades are essential. This allows you to easily collect money from people in line.

After dark your business will increase. Once the event is over the unit can be pumped by any local pumper, generally the same one that services the plastic units. The cost is usually $80-$100.

>> These pictures represent this plan in action. This was a five-hour event on the river in Little Rock Arkansas. It was a concert with Nickelback and Three Doors Down. More than $2000 in fees and tips were collected by one person with a Comfort Elite III Trailer. These pictures speak for themselves.

Usage Chart

Under normal conditions most people will use sanitation facilities once every four hours. Take into consideration that the consumption of food, liquids, beer, and other alcoholic beverages will increase usage by 30%-40%. Use these tables as a guide and call us, 888 574-4222.

How to use this chart:

1. Determine how many hours the event will last. If it is multiple days, use the longest day.

2. Determine how many people will attend. If there are multiple days, determine the peak day.

3. Use the chart to calculate the number of portable restrooms needed for adequate sanitation conditions. Note: If alcohol is being served, add 15-20% more restrooms. - Add one Extra-large Restroom per 20 portable restrooms, or a minimum of one for events open to the public.
